Returns & Refund Policy

  • The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

  • Company (referred to as either the Company, We, Us or Our in this Agreement) refers to KHB by Design Limited.

    Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the service.

    Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.

    Service refers to the website.

    Website refers to KHB by Design Limited, accessible from www.kbhbydesign.com

    You refer to the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

  • You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

    The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

    In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing us at KHB by Design Limited.

    We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

  • In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    ● The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

    ● The Goods are in the original packaging and must be returned unused with labels intact.

    The following goods cannot be returned:

    ● The supply of goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

    We cannot issue refunds for items that have clear signs of wear (including make-up, marks or stains), have been returned outside the returns window or are without their original tags. We will notify you if this is the case and ask that you arrange shipping of your order back to your address at your own cost. We are not liable for these items while they are stored at our warehouse. If you do not arrange collection of these items within 6 months, they will be donated to charity.

  • We offer complimentary returns, and our orders come with a prepaid return label.

    Complete the returns form and follow the returns process on the returns form, then contact DHL to arrange a collection or drop off your parcel at a DHL Access Point.

    We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment through an alternative carrier service. Therefore, we recommend using the prepaid label.

    We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

    We usually accept returns within 24 hours of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times, it could take up to 3 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

    The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

    Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 5 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

    PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving the Return Confirmation email.

    You can request to return one or more items within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Fill in the returns form and contact DHL to arrange pick-up, or drop off your parcel at a DHL Access Point.

  • We regret that we cannot offer exchanges at the moment.

  • If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a digital gift card will be issued to you.

    If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
